I don't have much time to exercise, can I still do it?

Yes! We’ve structured this program with your busy schedule in mind. Each session lasts just 40 minutes, and you only need to attend 2-3 sessions per week to see results. It’s a small commitment with big rewards!

Do I have to follow a specific diet plan?

Will I like the recipes?
