What is the 14-Day Trial? Is it for me?

Our 14-Day Trial is for busy Melton locals that don't have hours to spend in the gym everyday but want to lose weight and feel better than they have in years. If you don't like crowded gyms with huge classes or uncomfortable settings - this is the perfect gym for you. Try us out for 14 days and we guarantee you'll love it here!

I'm not fit, can I do the workouts?

Absolutely! Our workouts are very beginner-friendly at the start and slowly progress as you get stronger.

You are able to go at your own pace and do as much or as little work as your current fitness level requires right now.

I don't have much time to exercise, can I still do it?

That's exactly why we created this program. Your workouts are expertly designed to get the most bang for your buck in just 35-40 minutes.

Do I have to follow a specific diet plan?

No. We don't like restricting whole food groups or telling you exactly what to eat. If you want to try one of our nutrition programs, we will guide you and help with food choices and teach you our proven method to drop fat easily.

I don't like gyms, will I feel comfortable at your gym?

Definitely! We cap our sessions at 6 people max so everyone feels comfortable in their session. Our trainers are experts and make everyone feel welcome, as does our incredible family of FIT40 members - they'll make you feel at home as they were once in your exact shoes.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. This is a one-off 14-day trial. Your membership will expire at the end of your 14-Day Trial with no more payments. You do have the option to continue after your trial, and we hope you do! But if not, we wish you the best and off you go :)
