It's important to be honest, and even conservative, when you put in your activity level. If you OVERestimate your activity level, you will be given a target higher than necessary. This means you may eat too much and not see results.
If you UNDERestimate your activity level, you will be given a target lower than necessary. While you'll still lose weight, it may be an unrealistic and unsustainable target.
As with anything, try it out for a week or two and see how you go. It's always better to go slow and make this permanent, than go too fast and fall off the wagon.
